Why post moderation guidelines, if you're going to ban people for not going against them?

Telling people you bar ableism, and then banning people for pointing out ableism, seems dishonest.

I wonder if they've become a way to say you oppose certain things, without having to stop supporting those things.

Of course, could be one rogue moderator.
